Terms of use
Last updated Nov 7, 2026.
These terms apply when you use the Smoking Tracker app and this website. Smoking Tracker is made by Anmol, an independent developer (“I”, “me”).
Google Play
You get the app from Google Play, so the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. The app links to them on its Pro screen.
Free features and Pro
The core of the app is free. Smoking Tracker Pro is a monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Google Play shows the price for your country before you pay.
Google Play handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. You can cancel the subscription at any time in Google Play. If you cancel, Pro switches off at the end of the period you have paid for.
Not medical advice
Smoking Tracker is a tracking and self-help app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. The health milestones are general, population-level information from public health organisations (CDC, NHS and WHO). Talk to a doctor or pharmacist about medicines, nicotine replacement or any health concern.
Your data
What you log stays on your phone. The privacy policy explains what the app and this website store and why.

I work to keep the app and this website accurate and working, but they are provided as they are, without a promise that they are free of errors. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses caused by using or not being able to use the app or this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumers keep any rights that the consumer protection laws of the country where they live give them.
